About - I left to follow my passion of coaching with no plan other than following my heart.
So here I am. I hardly recognize the woman I used to be. Once I started connecting back to myself and understanding who I was and what was possible, I wanted this for those around me. After navigating my own massive life changes with support and results of professional life coaching, I stepped into what was possible for my life. I knew I wanted to give this experience to others as well. I've built a life that I love where I make conscious, aligned choice from a place of what is most important to me.
