Welcome! I’m so happy you clicked your way on over here especially now that the holidays are upon us!

This is supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year right?!

And while for some it is…it’s also not so wonderful for others… and for many of us it’s a mixture of both.

A time of joy, cheer and laughter can also bring with it stress, loneliness, and grief.

Sound familiar?

Trust me you are not alone if it does.

The holidays are a time that many of us celebrate with families and loved ones.

There’s beauty in the idea of gathering with everyone we care about, but for some these are difficult times.

Depending on your unique situation, it might be a season where:

+ You might experience your first holiday without a parent/family member or a partner.

+ The days are stressful because you have to visit with two sides of the family due to divorce (or even your current in-laws).

+ The days create anxiety as you anticipate a family member drinking too much, asking intrusive questions, or topics come up that create tension and stress.

A lot of planning usually goes into the holidays such as travel, presents, meals, time off work, etc. I want to add self-care to the ongoing list of how to prepare for the holidays!

I’ve had to learn the hard (and slow) way over the years, but I’ve learned that my self-care practices are instrumental in helping me stay grounded, protect my energy, and keep my overall health a priority.

With some intentional planning around your self-care, my hope is that you can create some realistic practices to support you in navigating the holiday season with a little less stress and a bit more joy (or at least maybe a few moments of peace).

And I’m here to help!

I’ve created this interactive Holiday Care-Plan Workbook as a great first step to radically show up for your needs.

I’ve included some of the main Care-Plan Pillars that I’ve learned over my 15-year personal growth journey. This is something I’m truly passionate about and jam on with my clients daily, especially with the holidays being here.

I’ve included a lot in this workbook so it feels like you are getting a bit of a coaching experience with me.

Inside this workbook you'll find:

  • Tools for exploring

    • Boundaries

    • Perfectionism

    • Reworking traditions

  • Journal prompts to help you reflect on

    • Your relationship with the holidays

    • The Both/And

    • Accepting others for who they are

  • Gentle reminders, permission slips, and invitations to tend to yourself this winter.

You get to choose how you want to show up for the holidays and this workbook is here to support you in taking steps towards honouring yourself and your needs.

You don’t need to wing it during the holidays. Let’s come up with a plan that helps support you.
