Well I am here to tell you there is nothing wrong with you, you are human and us humans are not meant to do this life thing alone.
I can list all of those experiences because I was there too and for years used to feel the exact same way as you (and if I’m being really honest, these are all things I still work as I build my new way of life where I feel balanced, confident and true to myself).
The specifics might be different but I guarantee I have been in your shoes and have had the same thoughts and feelings as you.
I tried everything: I pushed, I pulled, I did ALL the things. I tried controlling all the people around me, trying to get them to do what I wanted to do so that I would feel better and less anxious. I even tried just straight up feeling so lost, stuck and overwhelmed that I would do nothing and hope things would magically get better..and of course they did not.
But as they say,
Nothing changes,
if nothing changes.
I hate that quote but it is so true!
And I definitely learned that firsthand. This is why I have such a big heart for what you are going through and an unwavering belief and confidence in you that you can find that happiness and make the changes that you are so badly seeking.
I know this is supposed to be all about how I woo my clients with fancy hooks... but that's not me.
