It’s not your fault that you can’t name your values. You were raised in a world that rewards being easy to be around. Agreeable, capable, and low maintenance. A world that quietly teaches you to override what you feel and make decisions based on what will keep things smooth.
Most of us were never taught to name what we need… or trust what we feel when something doesn’t sit right.
We were taught to prioritize expectations, roles and external definitions of success.
By the time we are adults, we can feel the disconnect. So we make decisions from habit, pressure, and fear our of not wanting to rock the boat. We know how to meet other people’s needs. Just not always our own.
So we move through work, relationships, and big decisions without a clear sense of what actually matters to us, because no one ever showed us how to find it.
That is the real problem.
This isn’t a flaw.
It’s not a personal failure.
It’s conditioning.

Hi! I’m Jen.
I’m a life and relationship coach, and I help people stop second-guessing themselves and build lives that actually feel like theirs again.
My work is grounded in values, self trust, and the belief that clarity comes from within, not from more advice or trying to meet everyone else’s expectations.
At it’s core, it comes from learning how to hear yourself again.
Because when you lose contact with what matters most to you, it doesn’t stay contained. It shows up everywhere.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself.
To question how you feel.
To not fully trust your reactions or your decisions.
You find yourself drifting through choices. Putting yourself second, building a life that looks good on the outside but feels uncertain underneath.
My own life changed when I was asked to name my values… and realized I couldn’t.
That moment shifted the entire direction of my life.
Since then, I’ve rebuilt my sense of self, made hard decisions that actually feel like mine. And every time I’ve lost my way, at times, it’s been my values that brought me back.
This isn’t something I’ve did once. It’s something I return to again and again.
Every major decision I’ve made has come from staying connected to what matters most to me.
Not perfectly, but intentionally. It’s what continues to bring me back to myself.
In my coaching, I don’t try to change who you are. I help you come back to yourself.
We peel back the layers of conditioning, expectations, pressure, and self-abandonment so you can reconnect with what’s already true for you.

A 75-minute, one-on-one Values Session held over Zoom.
Once you sign up, you’ll choose a time that works for you and fill out a short pre-session form so I can learn a little bit about you before we meet.
The session itself is calm, focused and deeply reflective. I guide you through a unique experience that helps you name what actually matters…not what you think should matter, or what you’ve been taught to prioritize. We put words to what’s already there, even if you’ve never been able to articulate it before.
Within 2 two days, You’ll receive your personalized values maP.
It becomes something you can return to whenever you’re in your head, in a hard conversation, or stuck in a pattern that keeps repeating.
So you can respond from who you are, instead of from pressure, fear or habit.
*If you want to go deeper you’ll have the option to continue the work together. There’s no pressure.
Okay, but how does it work?
We slow things down. A guided conversation where you can step out of the noise and actually hear yourself again.
I reflect back what I’m hearing. So you can start to recognize what’s true for you, what actually matters to you, not what you’ve been conditioned to want, choose, or prioritize.
We name your values together. In real time and in your words. Not pulled from a list. Not what you think they should be, but the ones that actually feel true for you.
You leave with something you can come back to. A clear, visual Values Map you can use when you’re in a decision, conversation, or a moment where you start to lose yourself.
If you want to go deeper, you can. Some people take what comes out of this and run with it. Others want support in what it looks like to actually live it. If that’s you, you’ll have the option to continue the work together. There’s no pressure.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous. This work asks you to slow down and turn inward, and that can feel vulnerable.
At the beginning of our session, I explain what to expect and how everything will unfold so there are no surprises. We take it slow and ease into the process.
You are always in control of what you share. There is no pressure to disclose anything you don’t want to.
Most people leave with more clarity, more language for themselves, and a stronger sense of who they are than when they arrived.

No. This is not therapy.
Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health concerns or processing the past for healing. This session focuses on clarity, alignment, and helping you name what matters most to you now. It is reflective and meaningful, but it is forward-facing.
We are not diagnosing or fixing you. We are helping you reconnect with yourself.
If emotions come up, that’s human. The focus here is on awareness and alignment, not clinical treatment.
