It’s not your fault that you can’t name your values. You were raised in a world that taught you to focus on what matters to other people long before you ever learned what mattered to you. A world that rewards being agreeable, productive, dependable and low maintenance. A world that conditions you to override your inner knowing, stay safe by staying small, and make decisions based on what will create the least disruption.
Most of us were never taught to name our needs, trust our intuition or connect to what feels fulfilling and alive.
We were taught to prioritize expectations, roles and external definitions of success.
By the time we are adults, we can feel the disconnect. We make decisions from habit, pressure, fear, or obligation rather than intention. We know how to meet other people’s needs, but not always our own.
We navigate work, relationships, and major life choices without a clear sense of what truly matters to us because no one ever showed us how to find it.
That is the real problem.
This is not a flaw. Not a personal failure. It’s conditioning. The kind that quietly pulls you away from yourself.

Hi! I’m Jen.
I’m a life and relationship coach who has spent over a decade helping people reconnect with who they are at their core.
My work is grounded in values, self trust, nervous system awareness, and the belief that clarity comes from within, not from more advice or trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. It comes from learning how to hear yourself again.
Because when you lose contact with what matters most to you, it doesn’t just affect one area of your life. It quietly touches everything.
I know what it is like to feel disconnected from yourself. To drift through decisions. To abandon your own needs. To build a life that looks good on the outside but feels uncertain underneath.
My own life changed when I was asked to name my values and realized I couldn’t. That moment shifted the entire direction of my life.
Since then, I have rebuilt me sense of self, made hard decisions, and shaped my life from a place of deeper alignment. I have also lost my ways at times, and each time, it has been my values that brought me back.
This work is not something I have done once. It is something I practice. Again and again.
Every major decision I have made has come from staying connected to what matters most to me. Not perfectly, but intentionally. This work is practiced. It is lived. It is practiced. It is what continues to bring me home to myself.
In my coaching, I don’t try to change who you are. I help you peel back the layers of conditioning, expectations, pressure, and self abandonment so you can reconnect with what has always been true for you.
I bring compassion, permission, and a deep understanding of how our stories shape us. When you know your values, you know how to choose your direction, how to stay grounded, and how to return to yourself when life gets messy.

Okay, so what’s included?
A 75 minute one-on-one Values Session held over Zoom.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a link to book your time and a short pre-session form so I can learn a little bit about you before we meet. The session itself is spacious, grounded, and guided. I walk you through a unique experience that helps you name what truly matters to you and what already lives inside you, even if you have never been able to articulate it before.
You will receive your personalized values map within two days of your session.
This becomes something you can return to whenever you are facing a decision, a hard conversation, or a familiar pattern and want to respond from who you are instead of from pressure or fear.
*If you want to continue the work and bring your values into deeper embodiment and aligned action, you will have the option to book additional sessions. There is no pressure or expectation to do so.

A clear, visual Values Map sent to you after the session so that you can return to it as an anchor and compass when making decisions, navigating relationships or career choices, and reconnecting to yourself when life gets messy.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous. This work asks you to slow down and turn inward, and that can feel vulnerable.
At the beginning of our session, I explain what to expect and how everything will unfold so there are no surprises. We take it slow and ease into the process.
You are always in control of what you share. There is no pressure to disclose anything you don’t want to.

Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health concerns or processing the past for healing. This session focuses on clarity, alignment, and helping you name what matters most to you now. It is reflective and meaningful, but it is forward-facing.
We are not diagnosing or fixing you. We are helping you reconnect with yourself.
If emotions come up, that’s human. The focus here is on awareness and alignment, not clinical treatment.
